Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and business-driven professional to join our team and support the development of export operations while unlocking new growth opportunities across key business channels.

In this role, you will contribute to incremental value creation for the UAEECA cluster by supporting export activities and developing new business opportunities within Out-of-Home (OOH), tender channels, and emerging product categories. You will work closely with sales teams, international partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to build effective commercial propositions, support market launches, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Export Operations

  • Prepare commercial offers for export markets, including portfolio selection and pricing calculations.
  • Coordinate communication with export markets and partners to ensure effective shipment planning.
  • Support the resolution of operational issues related to export activities.
  • Contribute to business growth across Retail, OOH, accessories, and distributor cross-sell portfolios.

New Products Strategy Development in OOH

  • Support the development and implementation of the sales strategy for new products, such as Cafitesse (liquid coffee solution) or L’oR Bubbles in Ukraine.
  • Define Route-to-Market (RtM), pricing, and portfolio propositions for the category.
  • Conduct trainings for the sales organization and share global best practices.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and participate in customer negotiations when needed.
  • Prepare analytical insights and reports to support business decisions.

Growth Channels Development

  • Work with the growth channels, such as Tenders or Non-Commercial
  • Monitor tender opportunities across different platforms for Retail and OOH products.
  • Work with sales teams to prepare competitive commercial offers.
  • Conduct pricing calculations and define portfolio propositions for tender submissions.
  • Analyze tender results to improve future bidding strategies.
  • Support the development of sales strategies for non-commercial channels.
  • Identify and explore new business opportunities together with the sales organization.
