Media Specialist

Full-time Mid-Senior Level

Job Overview

As a Media Specialist you will support the planning, execution, and optimization of media campaigns. You will have a broad scope across channels (from TV and OOH to social and online video), with a clear focus on digital and social media. You will work closely with the Senior Media Manager, brand teams, and the media agency. In this role, you will learn how to build strong media strategies and actively contribute to their execution and optimization.

  • Work with brand teams on campaign briefings and advise on (mulit-media) channel mix, targeting, and assets for Douwe Egberts, SENSEO, Pickwick and L’OR
  • Coordinate and execute media campaigns in collaboration with our media agency including briefing, optimization and reporting
  • Support the development and optimization of cross-channel media strategies
  • Analyze campaign performance and translate insights into concrete optimizations, learnings, and cross-campaign best practices
  • Contribute to the development of broader insights and continuous improvement of media effectiveness across campaigns
  • Collaborate with international stakeholders within the Northern Europe cluster and contribute to cluster and global initiatives (e.g., pilots with media partners such as Google and Meta)
