Job Overview
- Daily monitoring for loading and expected deliveries in a special transport system
- Daily monitoring for expected deliveries in SAP
- Preparing reports for future deliveries – (SAP + excel+ transport system)
- Declaration, confirmation and in some cases correction in the site of ANAF
- Communication with foreign factories for documents set preparation/information shared
- Communication with carriers and the team responsible for the transport system in case there is some mismatch (f.e. the loading date is in the past; the delivery date is in the past but the stock is not delivered yet). Optional: communication with the warehouse and the transport company for additional details – information, documents etc.
