JASARA PMC is seeking a highly experienced Commercial, Cost & Procurement Director to lead our commercial and procurement strategy across all projects. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for providing leadership and direction in commercial management, cost control, and procurement activities. Your expertise will ensure that projects are delivered within budget, on schedule, and with optimal resource utilization.

You will collaborate with senior management and cross-functional teams to establish strategic goals, assess risks, and implement procurement best practices. Your focus will be on maximizing value, driving cost efficiencies, and fostering strong relationships with suppliers while ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Quantity Surveying, or a relevant field.
  • 15+ years of extensive experience in commercial management, cost control, and procurement in the construction or engineering sector.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale, complex projects.
  • Strong knowledge of contract management and procurement regulations.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
  • Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organizational objectives.
  • Proficiency in commercial management software and procurement tools.
