Job Overview
As an Operations Team Member, you will have the opportunity to deliver efficient back of house activities, ensuring the right stock is received and delivered to the right place at the right time, including:
- Complying with operations process controls and safety requirements, with particular emphasis on safe product handling, use of equipment and machinery and incident reporting
- Working collaboratively as part of a team and deliver a positive experience for both instore and online customers
- Contribute to optimal BOH space management, organisation, stock flow and product storage in the back of house
- Manage order fulfilment (delivery & click and collect) in line with procedures, including product pick and pack & dispatch, order fulfilment enquiries
