  • Coach and develop Warehouse and Customer Service teams’ knowledge and capability.  
  • Deliver a positive store atmosphere to create a great customer experience and effectively resolve any customer complaints and queries.  
  • Ensure store is meeting all compliance and legislative requirements.  
  • Monitor the store activities to ensure it aligns with the businesses core policy and standard operating procedures.  
  • Establish and oversee effective warehouse inventory management processes and systems.
