As the Store Training & Development Lead, you will have the opportunity to create, support, and uphold a culture of collective high performance and great customer experiences across the store, ensuring the delivery of high quality product and service solutions on every occasion, including:
- Undertake and assist with the onboarding and induction of team members new to JB or new to role
- Lead product training programs to ensure the sales team are well equipped to demonstrate and sell existing and emerging product categories.
- Demonstrate, lead and coach a high level of customer service standards including pre, during and post the sale.
- Utilise all available materials, tools and collateral to train the teams.
- Work collaboratively as part of a team to deliver day-to-day store operations
