Audio Visual Solutions Lead (NSW)

Job Overview

As the Audio Visual Solutions Lead reporting into the Product Solutions Manager, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end development of Audio Visual (AV) solutions tailored to JB Hi-Fi’s B2B customers. This customer-facing role ensures that all solutions are technically robust, commercially sound, and ready for seamless delivery. You will also be a key enabler of services-led selling and will work closely with Business Development Managers, Inside Sales, and Strategic Account Managers on large and complex opportunities. 

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Scoping, designing, and validating AV solutions in collaboration with the Product Solutions Manager – AV & Installs, ensuring alignment with product strategy, and leveraging JB Hi-Fi’s ecosystem of vendors, distributors, and delivery partners.
  • Leveraging vendor relationships, product catalogues, and strategic distribution partners to shape solution designs and delivery methods.
  • Conducting customer discovery sessions and site inspections to define technical and functional requirements.
  • Presenting client-facing proposals, solution documents, and tender submissions tailored to business needs.
  • Contributing to the development of standardised AV design frameworks, solution templates, and commercial documentation.
  • Ensuring solutions are fully documented and transition-ready, including scope of works, bill of materials, vendor dependencies, and commercial structure.
