execution. With the support of the JETSET playbook and leadership team, the GM will
launch the studio, cultivate meaningful community relationships, and set the tone for a
premium, high-energy experience.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee all hiring for instructors and studio leads, fostering a culture of career growth and professional development.
- Provide consistent coaching and feedback to support individual and team success.
- Plan and host regular team meetings and social events to build camaraderie and alignment.
- Foster authentic relationships within the local health, fitness, and wellness communities.
- Partner with key influencers and potential corporate partners to drive brand awareness and engagement.
- Serve as the face of JETSET, acting as a community leader and brand ambassador.
- Develop and execute local marketing initiatives to drive client acquisition and exceed studio-specific goals.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics—including sales, utilization, retention, expenses, payroll, first visits, and memberships.
- Leverage data to refine strategies, ensuring sustainable growth and operational efficiency.
- Drive performance on class volume and utilization to optimize studio profitability.
- Work closely with leadership to manage daily operations, implementing company-wide strategies, policies, and procedures.
- Create, monitor, and maintain class schedules and staff coverage to support business needs.
- Maintain inventory levels for retail, supplies, and beverages.
- Ensure all client inquiries and concerns receive a positive, timely resolution consistent with JETSET’s elevated service standards.
