Project Manager, Expansion

The Opportunity:

We’re looking for a highly organized and execution-focused Project Manager to lead and manage our strategic expansion into new markets. This role will be at the forefront of our growth—coordinating cross-functional efforts, navigating regulatory environments, and ensuring smooth launches that are on time, on budget, and aligned with our goals.

What You Will Do:

• Lead end-to-end project planning and execution for entering new geographic or vertical markets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Legal, Marketing, Product, Ops, Finance, HR) to ensure all market entry requirements are met.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and progress dashboards. 
• Identify regulatory, logistical, and operational risks in each market and manage mitigation plans.
• Work with local partners, vendors, and stakeholders to support on-the-ground implementation.
• Coordinate internal resource allocation to ensure readiness and support post-launch stability.
• Report on KPIs and project milestones to leadership and provide ongoing market performance tracking in the early phases post-launch. 
• Continuously improve playbooks for future market entries.

What You Bring:

• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or related discipline. 
• 3–6 years of experience in project management, business expansion, consulting, or similar roles.
• Experience managing cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders. 
• Strong ability to drive clarity, alignment, and execution across complex initiatives. 
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills. 
• Comfort working in fast-paced, evolving environments.
• Bonus: Experience launching operations in regulated or compliance-heavy industries.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $110,000-$128,000 per annum
