Associate Director -Entertainment Ad Sales

- This is a team handling role where you will own the revenue targets for key accounts within the Entertainment Business in a specific industry. The focus will be on maximizing revenue potential and positioning JioStar.
- You will be Jiostar’s ambassador in the market for the accounts you own.
- You will be expected to understand India’s TV ecosystem, stay abreast with industry trends and innovations along with establishing and demonstrating an understanding of JioStar’s ad solutions and capabilities
- You will be expected to maintain a healthy sales pipeline on a regular basis; be proactive in highlighting any roadblocks and maintain high standards in sales processes
- You will be expected to manage all stakeholder relationships end to end with minimum supervision
- You will also be focusing on deeper client interactions to drive case studies, client interviews, executing joint business plans & maintaining monthly run rates etc.
- You will work closely with the cross functional ads revenue team for the conceptualization & execution of all deals for your accounts
Understanding Key account management principles/consultative selling. Should be both a category & a brand builder with a strong ability to drive and achieve sales targets. Excellent interpersonal &communication skills. Comfort to use data and analytics while building on client conversations at deal level. Ability to leverage relationships, build a strong network, and have effective negotiations, and utilizing these to drive new business. Persistence to drive sales from exploration to deal closures.
