Visualiser for Pitches, Campaigns & All Things Visua. We're on the hunt for a seasoned graphic designer who can make a pitch deck pop, a platform banner scroll-stopping, and a showposter for a new show feel like an opening night. You’ll be stepping into a key role that handles everything from high-stakes client decks to internal emailers and bespoke show branding across platforms. This isn’t a narrow “social-only” job. It’s full-spectrum design—where you’ll work across OTT, influencer content, branded campaigns, internal communications, and more.

About the team
Jio Creative Works is the brand solutions arm of Entertainment Sales, crafting compelling, culturally resonant branded content and integrated entertainment experiences that drive both engagement and impact across platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the visual design for client pitch decks, GTM plans, campaign branding, social creatives, showposters, and internal communications
- Own internal emailers, newsletters, and visual docs that don’t put people to sleep
- Design for all formats: decks, platform banners, Instagram reels, end slates, show logos, invite mailers
- Create basic video GFX or reels when needed—nothing cinematic, just clean, smart motion
- Manage workflow and prioritization alongside peers and managers—because there’s always one more deck
- Use AI tools where needed to speed things up and share learnings with the team—design flow is a team sport
- Maintain a clean visual system and help scale design ops as we grow
Skills & Attributes for success
- Worked in OTT, media, F&B, or lifestyle brands
- Used AI tools to speed up design workflows (and taught someone else how to do it)
- Worked on show branding, event collaterals, or platform integrations
Preferred Education & Experience
- 6-7 years of experience in graphic design (agency, content studio, brand side—all welcome)
- A portfolio that shows off your skills in deck design, digital creatives, branding, and internal comms
- Strong command of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, After EffectsFluent in PowerPoint, Keynote, Google Slides – yes, deck game is crucial
- Ability to balance volume with detail—you know when to finesse and when to flyYou’re collaborative, responsive, and don’t need hand-holding (we’ve got your back, though)
