The Senior Solution Architect will play a pivotal role in bridging technical solutions with customer business objectives, ensuring that enterprise clients achieve measurable value from their technology investments. This position focuses on understanding complex customer requirements, designing tailored solutions, and demonstrating the technical capabilities of cloud and data platforms. You will collaborate closely with sales, engineering, and product teams to validate solution fit, manage trials or proofs of concept, and drive adoption while fostering strong client relationships. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with excellent communication and consultative skills to deliver high-impact solutions in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Accountabilities:
- Discover and analyze customer technical and business requirements, identifying pain points and mapping desired outcomes to success metrics.
- Deliver tailored solution demonstrations, articulate platform capabilities, and differentiate offerings against competitors.
- Lead workshops, trials, and proofs of concept to validate solution fit and guide customer teams in integrating solutions into their technology stacks.
- Document customer insights and ensure smooth handoff to implementation teams for successful onboarding.
- Support ongoing customer engagement through technical input in business reviews, adoption monitoring, and growth initiatives.
- Create technical content, case studies, and thought leadership materials to showcase solution effectiveness.
- Collect and relay feedback to Product and Engineering teams to inform continuous product improvement and market alignment.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in technical roles with enterprise customers, such as Solution Architect, Sales Engineer, or similar.
- Strong expertise in solution selling, delivering value through customized software presentations and overcoming technical objections.
- Technical fluency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Cloud Data Platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks).
- Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server, MongoDB, Cassandra, DynamoDB).
- Hands-on experience with APIs, Linux, SQL, and integration technologies.
- Familiarity with AI and agentic AI solutions is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Preferred: experience with ETL platforms, big data technologies (Spark, PySpark), version control tools (Git), Python, Salesforce, and value-based sales methodologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
