You will build and deploy tools, automate workflows, integrate data pipelines, and create dashboards, while measuring the impact of technical solutions on business outcomes. This position combines hands-on engineering with strategic problem-solving, requiring strong communication skills, technical expertise, and the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable solutions. Accountabilities:

·        Collaborate daily with business teams to identify inefficiencies, data gaps, and opportunities for process improvement.

·        Rapidly prototype, design, and deploy software tools, dashboards, automations, and integrations to support operational goals.

·        Integrate multiple systems, including Yardi, Zendesk, Palantir Foundry, Excel/Sheets, and custom databases into unified workflows.

·        Build operational analytics models for forecasting, monitoring performance metrics, and optimizing costs.

·        Deploy AI and automation solutions to enhance workflows, summarize communications, and flag high-risk items.

·        Track and measure the impact of technical solutions on business performance and operational efficiency.

·        Serve as a liaison between technical and business teams, ensuring solutions are practical, scalable, and aligned with business objectives.

Requirements

·        Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Engineering, or a related field.

·        3+ years of experience in software engineering, data engineering, or applied analytics.

·        1+ years of practical experience with Palantir Foundry or Gotham.

·        Strong programming skills in Python, SQL, and familiarity with APIs and ETL pipelines; experience with PySpark is a plus.

·        Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.

·        Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical solutions in business terms.

·        Demonstrated ability to prioritize, organize, and meet deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality and ethics.

·        Goal-oriented, diligent, and able to probe for insights to validate information and solutions.
