As a Technical Support Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring clients and partners have seamless experiences with our cloud-based solutions. You will provide expert-level support across multiple platforms, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and act as a key liaison between technical teams and end-users. This role requires excellent problem-solving skills, effective communication, and the ability to work with a diverse range of users, from IT specialists to business leaders. You will contribute to product improvement through testing, documentation, and collaboration with engineering, product management, and sales teams, all while developing deep expertise in the platform and cloud technologies.

Accountabilities:

  • Provide timely and professional technical support to clients via email, phone, and video conferencing.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve user issues across multiple operating systems including Windows, macOS, Linux, and Windows Server.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on the platform, guiding users on best practices and product capabilities.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams to escalate and resolve complex issues effectively.
  • Participate in testing of new and updated products and provide actionable feedback.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including FAQs, guides, and manuals for internal and external use.
  • Deliver high-quality service in alignment with client use cases and company standards.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in SaaS technical support or related roles.
  • Strong customer engagement and communication skills, with the ability to interact with technical and non-technical users alike.
  • Experience administering Windows 10, macOS, Linux, and Windows Server (2016, 2019).
  • Familiarity with support ticketing systems, call center operations, and knowledge management platforms.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Bonus experience with virtual machine environments (VMware ESX, Microsoft Hyper-V) and cloud-based file management systems.
