Accountabilities:
· Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-workstream programs for strategic accounts, ensuring alignment of scope, timelines, budgets, and resources.
· Serve as the primary liaison between delivery teams, clients, and account leadership, translating business objectives into actionable project roadmaps.
· Drive operational efficiency by establishing governance frameworks, risk management protocols, and stakeholder communication cadences.
· Mentor and coach program managers and delivery teams, fostering professional growth and adoption of best practices.
· Collaborate across internal teams, including sales, engineering, and product, to ensure project outcomes are aligned with strategic objectives.
· Track and report program and portfolio financials, including revenue, margins, and forecasting, identifying opportunities to improve profitability.
· Implement continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements to boost efficiency and delivery quality.
Requirements
· 10+ years of experience in technical program management, delivering large-scale, multi-workstream initiatives in technology or consulting environments.
· Proven track record managing strategic customer portfolios (>$10M) and achieving on-time, on-budget delivery.
· Strong expertise in data, AI, or analytics program delivery with measurable business impact.
· Hands-on experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies; capable of tailoring approaches to project needs.
· Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, and Microsoft 365.
· Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, including executive-level reporting.
· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities; able to navigate ambiguity and escalate with clarity when needed.
· Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop teams while fostering collaboration and accountability.
· Bachelor’s degree in IT, data, or a related technical field preferred; PMP and CSM certifications strongly preferred.
