We are seeking a motivated Executivo de Negócios Público SP to drive new business opportunities and partnerships within the public sector. In this role, you will focus on prospecting municipalities, building strong relationships with key public institutions, and identifying growth opportunities across small and medium-sized cities. You will manage field visits, maintain an active client pipeline, and ensure accurate documentation of all commercial activities. This position requires strong communication skills, autonomy, and the ability to travel frequently. Accountabilities

  • Schedule visits with public entities, including municipalities, and manage partner visit agendas.
  • Register new commercial demands and maintain updated records of establishments and opportunities.
  • Prospect and qualify small and medium-sized municipalities for potential partnerships or new business.
  • Conduct on-site visits to municipalities to present solutions and identify collaboration opportunities.
  • Prepare weekly visit and activity reports to support commercial strategy and decision-making.
  • Actively seek new business opportunities and expand the organization’s presence across regions.
  • Travel frequently to meet with stakeholders and support field initiatives.

Requirements

  • Ongoing or completed higher education.
  • Availability for frequent travel.
  • Previous experience in public-sector commercial roles is preferred.
  • Knowledge of bidding processes (Licitação) is considered an advantage.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proactive mindset, self-organization, and ability to work independently.
