This is a high-impact leadership role overseeing research and analytics for initiatives aimed at transforming healthcare spending into health-promoting investments. You will lead data-driven strategies that quantify and demonstrate the effects of redirecting healthcare dollars toward food, housing, and other social determinants of health. The role involves building integrated data platforms, managing research agendas, and providing actionable insights to influence policy and organizational decisions. You will work closely with executive leadership, internal teams, and external partners to ensure that research and analytics efforts drive meaningful change. This position is fully remote within the US and requires a combination of analytical rigor, strategic vision, and collaborative leadership.

Accountabilities:

·         Lead impact monitoring by developing and maintaining data platforms that quantify healthcare dollars shifted toward health-promoting interventions.

·         Oversee the development and refinement of integrated data environments, ensuring robust reporting and database management.

·         Produce high-quality data and statistical deliverables, including analyses, reports, manuscripts, and materials for internal and external stakeholders.

·         Manage the organization’s research agenda, aligning analyses with strategic priorities and tracking progress against goals.

·         Direct research and analytics partners, including internal staff, collaborators, and contractors, to ensure timely and accurate delivery of projects.

·         Contribute actively to leadership team initiatives, organizational culture, and cross-functional goal achievement.

Requirements

·         10+ years of experience using data and research to model or evaluate the impact of healthcare policies and interventions.

·         Expertise in data collection, statistical analysis, program evaluation, and both quantitative and qualitative research methods.

·         Deep knowledge of healthcare financing, policy, and the impact of social determinants of health.

·         Proven ability to translate complex research findings into actionable insights for non-academic stakeholders.

·         Experience managing internal teams and external research partners to achieve organizational goals.

·         PhD preferred in statistics, economics, actuarial science, health policy, or health services research; Master's degree required.

·         Strong leadership, project management, and strategic planning skills.

·         Excellent communication, relational, and analytical abilities.
