As a Full-Stack Software Engineer, you will play a key role in building and scaling high-performing web applications that power secure and seamless digital experiences. You’ll work across backend and frontend technologies, leveraging cloud-native tools, modern frameworks, and automation practices to deliver reliable and scalable solutions. This role requires a balance of hands-on coding, system design, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. You’ll contribute to products used globally, participate in architectural decisions, and continuously enhance system performance and user experience in a remote-first, innovation-driven environment.

Accountabilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using Go, Python, Node.js, and modern frontend frameworks such as React, Vue.js, or Angular.
  • Build, scale, and optimize cloud-based solutions leveraging AWS services like EC2, S3, Lambda, DynamoDB, and RDS.
  • Manage and deploy containerized applications using Kubernetes while ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability.
  • Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to translate requirements into robust technical implementations.
  • Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices-based architectures for large-scale distributed systems.
  • Conduct code reviews, ensure adherence to best coding practices, and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
  • Troubleshoot and debug complex system issues, ensuring fast and effective resolutions.
  • Stay up to date with emerging technologies and cloud-native trends, applying them to improve the existing stack.

Requirements

  • Minimum 6+ years of experience in full-stack software development.
  • Strong proficiency in Go, Node.js, Python, and modern frontend frameworks like React, Vue.js, or Angular.
  • Proven hands-on experience with AWS or GCP cloud environments.
  • Expertise in Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and microservice architectures.
  • Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, distributed systems, and authentication/access management principles.
  • Strong background with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB and knowledge of relational databases.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices, unit testing, and automated deployments.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to technical challenges.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with fluency in English (both written and spoken).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience (Master’s preferred).
  • Knowledge of AI-driven tools (e.g., Copilot, Cursor) and experience contributing to open-source projects are a plus.
