This role offers the opportunity to lead the design, development, and deployment of state-of-the-art machine learning products within the real estate technology space. The Senior Machine Learning Engineer will work on complex, real-world modeling problems, developing scalable pipelines and production-ready ML systems. Accountabilities
- Lead the development of machine learning models to solve complex, real-world problems.
- Design, build, and maintain data pipelines that support production systems and model deployment.
- Implement machine learning algorithms in production environments and monitor their performance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, data, and product teams to integrate ML solutions.
- Ensure robust and scalable ML infrastructure, including distributed systems configuration and maintenance.
- Participate in ETL engineering processes and interface effectively with data teams.
- Document model architecture, processes, and deployment pipelines for knowledge sharing and reproducibility.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in machine learning model development and production ML systems.
- Strong knowledge of machine learning frameworks and modeling techniques (Python, R, SQL).
- Experience designing ML pipelines, including data preprocessing, normalization, clustering, scoring, and validation.
- Solid understanding of relational databases, distributed systems, and production maintenance.
- Working knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS preferred) and ETL tools.
- Experience parsing and handling diverse datasets and data formats.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across engineering teams.
- Self-starter mindset with a continuous learning approach and comfort in a fast-paced environment.
