This role offers the opportunity to shape and scale federal systems integrator (FSI) partnerships within the public sector. The FSI Lead will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of federal SI engagements, including recruitment, onboarding, enablement, and performance management. This position requires building strong relationships with priority federal SIs, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, and implementing repeatable processes that drive operational excellence. The ideal candidate is a hands-on operator who can engage executive stakeholders while ensuring tactical execution, mitigate risks, and contribute to the growth of a strategic partner ecosystem. The role is based in the Washington, D.C. area, enabling close engagement with the FSI community.

Accountabilities:

·        Establish and lead the federal SI partner motion, supporting recruitment, onboarding, enablement, and ongoing performance tracking.

·        Build and maintain relationships with priority FSIs, driving productive partnerships and aligning them with organizational goals.

·        Coordinate with distributors and internal teams to ensure a cohesive go-to-market strategy.

·        Create scalable enablement programs, including training, materials, portal access, and repeatable playbooks.

·        Collaborate with product and functional leadership to align partner initiatives with roadmap, integrations, and field enablement.

·        Identify risks or misalignments, gain consensus on actions, and ensure timely resolution.

·        Define KPIs, reporting cadences, and mechanisms to measure partner productivity and impact.

Requirements

·        Based in the Washington, D.C. area to maintain proximity to federal SIs.

·        Deep understanding of the federal/public sector landscape and FSI ecosystem; security clearance preferred but not required.

·        Hands-on operator comfortable working with executive stakeholders and executing tactical enablement.

·        Experience recruiting, onboarding, and enabling partners, with a proven ability to establish repeatable partner processes.

·        Familiarity with distributors, ideally with experience in CareSoft or similar partnerships.

·        Strong cross-functional collaboration, process-oriented mindset, and ability to implement scalable partner management workflows.

·        Excellent communication, relationship-building, and change management skills.

·        Curious about emerging technologies, including AI tools, and willing to leverage them to enhance productivity and decision-making.
