We run two fast-growing toy brands in the gifts-for-girls category (ages 3–12) that are already generating 7-figure Amazon FBA sales across North America, Europe, and Australia. You can check out one of them here.
Our team is currently small - just 3 of us - but we’re ambitious. We’re working hard to grow into an 8-figure business and beyond, and that’s where you come in.

We’re looking for someone to own and grow our Amazon and e-commerce marketing. If you love building things, driving results, and want to be part of a supportive and straightforward team, you’ll fit right in.
We’re looking for an Amazon & E-Commerce Growth Manager. You’ll be someone who thrives on scaling brands, knows Amazon PPC inside out, and is excited to push campaigns and strategies to the next level. You’re analytical, strategic, and can balance hands-on PPC execution with broader marketing vision.
Your main responsibilities will be:
📊 Create and manage a yearly budget of $500k+ Amazon Sponsored Ads campaigns across multiple countries using a PPC automation tool
📈 Establish and implement brand marketing strategies to gain market share on Amazon and off Amazon (Shopify, TikTok, Google Ads, Facebook Ads)
📉 Track and optimize organic and PPC KPIs, monitor competition, and take action (pricing, rankings, promotions)
🎥 Coordinate with contractors and use AI tools to generate creative content (product photos, A+ content, videos)
🛍️ Maintain and optimize Amazon Stores and Shopify websites across countries
This is a full-time, fully remote role with flexible hours. You’ll mainly report to one founder in Mauritius (GMT+4) and occasionally connect with the other in California (PST).
Requirements
You’ll thrive in this role if you have:
✅ End-to-end mastery of Amazon marketing and Seller Central
✅ Proven experience running Amazon Sponsored Ads with yearly budgets of $100k+ using rule-based automation tools (e.g. Scale Insights, Pacvue, Perpetua)
✅ Fluent with PPC metrics and strategies (CTR, Conversion Rate, ACOS, ROAS, TACOS)
✅ Ability to work independently, manage your own time, and deliver measurable results
Brownie points:
🌟 Experience as an Amazon brand or PPC manager
🌟 Experience driving external traffic to Amazon (Google Ads, Facebook Ads)
🌟 Experience with Shopify or TikTok Commerce
🌟 Familiarity with AMC and DSP
The ideal candidate is data-driven and strategic, with an eye for creative content. You’re humble, eager to learn, and motivated to take ownership. You manage your time well, don’t need micromanagement, and are hungry to help grow our brands.
