Sales Representative (Full-Time)

Location: Atlanta and Austell, GA (Field-based/On-the-road)

Compensation: $4,000.00/month for the first 2 months, then transitions to pure commission (Uncapped)

Estimated Earnings: $54,000.00 – $100,000.00+ per year

Role Overview

Glass Plus is expanding our team in the Atlanta and Austell areas and is seeking a dynamic, enthusiastic Sales Representative. This position is ideal for an emerging sales professional eager to grow their career in business development. You will be responsible for managing assigned customer accounts, pursuing and closing new leads, and ensuring exceptional follow-up on provided services.

Key Responsibilities

Outside Sales: Execute field activities to acquire new customers and drive consistent revenue growth.

Relationship Management: Provide superior customer service to build and maintain strong, lasting partnerships with new and existing clients.

Operational Efficiency: Utilize digital tools—including Teams, Slack, and ServiceTitan—to effectively manage and track customer accounts.

Team Collaboration: Partner with the sales support team to meet and exceed organizational targets.

Account Administration: Manage the full account lifecycle by following up on jobs, maintaining accurate customer data, and approving invoices, supported by our team of sales assistants.

Qualifications

Proven experience in B2B sales.

Strong customer service mindset with a focus on long-term relationship building.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and consistently meet sales targets.

Preferred: Experience in construction sales or knowledge of heavy-duty fleet glass replacement.

Requirements: A reliable vehicle for sales calls and a valid driver’s license.
