We’re looking for an Outside Sales Representative to join our driven and customer‑focused team. In this position, you’ll spend your time out in the field building strong relationships with MSHA mines, heavy‑equipment operators, and fleet businesses that rely on fast, dependable glass services. Your focus will be on identifying opportunities, developing new accounts, and connecting our service teams with clients who need reliable solutions. Your ability to understand customer needs, communicate clearly, and build trust will play a direct role in supporting the performance and safety of the fleets we serve.


🔧 What You’ll Do

As a Outside Sales Representative at FGS, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Develop and manage a pipeline of MSHA mines, heavy‑equipment operators, and fleet businesses within the region.
  • Conduct on‑site visits to build relationships, assess customer needs, and present Glass Plus service offerings.
  • Generate new business through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and territory development.
  • Maintain regular communication with existing accounts to ensure satisfaction and identify additional opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal service teams to coordinate scheduling, pricing, and customer expectations.
  • Track sales activity, maintain accurate records, and meet or exceed monthly revenue goals.
  • Represent FGS/ Glass Plus professionally at industry events, job sites, and customer locations.

âś… Qualifications

We’re looking for someone who brings:

  • Minimum 5 years of outside sales experience (industrial, fleet, construction, or heavy‑equipment sectors strongly preferred).
  • Proven ability to generate new business and manage long‑term customer relationships.
  • Comfortable working in and around MSHA‑regulated environments (experience with mines or heavy equipment is a plus).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self‑starter with the ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Bonus if you have:

• MSHA Certification is a plus (Not required)

• Experience working with fleet vehicles or construction equipment
