We’re looking for a Glass Technician/ Sales Representative to join our skilled and dedicated team. You’ll be part of a close-knit crew that values craftsmanship, safety, and customer satisfaction. Whether you're working on a mining truck windshield or a commercial van side window, your work will directly impact the performance and safety of our clients’ fleets. This position will have a salary and commission based structure.


🔧 What You’ll Do

As a Glass Technician at FGS, you’ll be responsible for:

• Installing, repairing, and replacing windshields and glass on fleet vehicles and heavy equipment

• Diagnosing glass damage and recommending appropriate solutions

• Ensuring all work meets safety standards and manufacturer specifications

• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment

• Communicating clearly with clients and team members

• Traveling to job sites as needed (company vehicle provided)


As a Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Build and maintain relationships with fleet managers, equipment companies, dealerships, industrial clients, and MSHA‑regulated businesses.
  • Conduct on‑site visits to promote services and identify new business opportunities.
  • Prepare estimates, explain repair options, and close sales.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
  • Track leads, sales activity, and all customer interactions in Salesforce CRM (required).
  • Develop and manage sales pipelines specifically within heavy‑equipment or MSHA industries when applicable.


âś… Qualifications

We’re looking for someone who brings:

  • Experience in auto glass installation or related mechanical/automotive work preferred (training available for the right candidate).
  • CRM experience required; Salesforce proficiency strongly preferred.
  • Experience selling to heavy equipment, construction, industrial, or MSHA‑regulated industries is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Comfortable with outside sales, cold visits, and relationship building.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions.
  • Self‑motivated, organized, and able to work independently.


Bonus if you have:

• Certifications in auto glass installation or repair

• Experience working with fleet vehicles or construction equipment
