Senior Frontend Engineer

We’re looking for a Senior Frontend-Focused Fullstack Developer who’s passionate about building modern, scalable web applications.
You’ll work primarily with Angular (and occasionally React) on the frontend.

You’ll join our Analytics Team - a small product team covering the analytics area across all our Tellent products. We’re on a mission to help Tellent become a true People Decision Platform.
You’ll be responsible for building intuitive UIs that bring analytics data to life, developing our AI reporting solution, and maintaining our growing library of web components

Your journey:

First 3 Months:
Get familiar with our ecosystem and start contributing to performance and reliability improvements.

Within 6 Months:
Take ownership of shared frontend components and help other teams build faster and better.

After 1 Year:
Become a key technical reference, leading cross-team initiatives and shaping our frontend architecture.

What you’ll be doing:

• Lead the development of complex UI features using Angular and React

• Collaborate closely with designers and backend engineers to deliver seamless user experiences

• Contribute to Elixir services when needed

• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code

• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architecture decisions

• Share knowledge and mentor other developers on frontend best practices
