Job Overview
Key Responsibilities:
Clean and sanitize rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and common areas according to established standards.
Change linens, make beds, and restock room supplies.
Vacuum carpets, sweep/mop floors, dust surfaces, and clean windows.
Dispose of trash and recyclables in a safe and sanitary manner.
Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damages to the supervisor.
Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies; ensure proper storage and usage.
Follow safety and hygiene protocols at all times.
Respond promptly and politely to customer or guest requests.
Adhere to confidentiality and privacy guidelines, especially in residential or hotel environments.
