Senior QC Executive

Role Summary:

We are hiring an experienced Quality Control (QC) Supervisor to join our production team. This person needs to understand quality systems (ISO/HACCP), be meticulous when inspecting products, keep strong records, and communicate well to lead a small team across shifts. Your most important duty is to proactively investigate quality issues and drive continuous improvements throughout the factory.

Job Details:

1. Quality Checks & Product Release:

• Manage quality checks from receiving raw materials to releasing the finished product.
• Check 100% of incoming material, make sure they are clean, labeled correctly, not contaminated, and meet our QC rules.
• Check product quality during production, focus on correct ratios, clealiness and control of environment;

2. Documentation & Compliance:

• Keep clear and complete QC records for all checks: raw materials, during production, and finished products.
• Write and update reports: inspection sheets, non-conformance reports (NCR), and forms for batch release.

3. Problem Resolution & CAPA:

• Investigate internal quality issues and customer complaints to determine root cause and have plan fixing actions (CAPA).
• Monitor for recurring issues and propose solutions to continuously improve processes and prevent future problems.

4. Improving Quality

• Find and report quality issues that happen often, and suggest better ways to work.
• Encourage a focus on quality and safety throughout the factory.
