- Oversee all daily operational activities across the resort, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance, and guest services
- Lead, mentor, and manage resort staff, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and professional development
- Develop and manage operational budgets, monitor expenses, and implement cost-control measures while maintaining service quality standards
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, conducting regular audits and implementing corrective actions
- Coordinate with department heads to optimize resource allocation, scheduling, and inventory management
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify opportunities for improvement and operational efficiency
- Manage guest relations and resolve escalated complaints with professionalism and discretion
- Implement and maintain property management systems and operational procedures to streamline processes
- Develop and execute strategies to enhance guest satisfaction, occupancy rates, and revenue generation
- Liaise with corporate management, ownership, and external stakeholders regarding operational performance and strategic initiatives
