Responsibilities
SALES & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and lead generation
- Conduct client meetings to understand operational needs and business challenges
- Present and demonstrate ERP and technology solutions to prospective clients
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to company growth
CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT
- Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Ensure continuous follow-up and professional communication throughout the sales process
- Understand client requirements and provide tailored business solutions
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and professionalism
- Act as the main point of contact between clients and the company during the sales journey
TECHNICAL & IMPLEMENTATION COORDINATION
- Collaborate closely with technical and implementation teams throughout the sales and onboarding process
- Coordinate project handovers to ensure smooth client onboarding and implementation
- Communicate client requirements clearly to internal teams
- Support clients during the pre-sales and post-sales process when needed
- Ensure proper follow-up on project progress and customer satisfaction
ERP, WEBSITE & BUSINESS SOLUTION KNOWLEDGE
- Maintain strong understanding of ERP systems, website solutions, software services, and digital transformation solutions
- Understand core business operations including accounting, inventory, HR, CRM, procurement, and operations workflows
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor solutions, and emerging technologies
- Effectively communicate the business value and operational benefits of ERP solutions Continuously develop product knowledge and consultative selling skills
