The Director of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) will play a central role during a critical period of growth. This role partners directly with the executive team on budgeting and forecasting, operational initiatives, and financial materials for potential fundraising efforts—while providing strategic solutions to challenges across the business as we scale.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support data-driven decisions through robust pricing analysis, sales forecasting, and FP&A modeling.
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports that provide visibility into key performance indicators (KPIs) across departments. Track and report on initiative progress, risks, and outcomes, ensuring transparency and alignment with leadership expectations.
- Evaluate and translate strategic initiatives into executable project plans with clear milestones, timelines, and accountability.
- Partner with the executive team on fundraising efforts—preparing investor presentations, building data rooms, and developing materials to support due diligence with prospective investors.
- Provide financial analysis to evaluate potential acquisition targets, strategic partnerships, or new market opportunities as they arise.
- Help the COO prioritize initiatives across sales, marketing, operations, and other departments to ensure priorities reflect business goals and resource constraints.
- Serve as a key connector across departments and both WorldClinic and JobSiteCare divisions—driving execution on cross-functional initiatives including product launches, process improvements, and systems rollouts.
- Support the annual budgeting process and ongoing forecasting cycles, working closely with department heads to develop accurate financial plans.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 3-10 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, management consulting, corporate finance or strategic planning roles. Healthcare or high-growth startup experience is a plus.
- Stellar financial modeling skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear business cases and compelling presentations.
- Experience structuring, prioritizing, and managing multiple complex projects.
- Proficient in Excel, data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and project management platforms (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet).
- A bias for action, comfort with ambiguity, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
Physical and General Requirements:
- Able to sit for several hours at a time with periodic breaks.
- Ability to use fine motor skills to operate computers, office equipment and/or machinery.
- Visual acuity to perform an activity such as preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer monitor; extensive reading.
Competitive compensation package including base salary ($140,000 - $170,000) .
