Position Title: Logistics and Inventory Specialist (Part-Time)


Location: Stuart, FL

Pay: $20 per hour

Summary:

The Logistics and Inventory Specialist assists with the ordering, storing, receiving, and distributing processes of the company’s products and supplies.


Essential Job Functions:

· Coordinate and assist with all incoming and outgoing shipments, including receiving, inspecting, packaging, labeling, and dispatching materials.

· Maintain accurate stockroom and warehouse inventory through regular cycle counts, reconciliations, and documentation of physical inventory versus system records.

· Prepare and process materials for shipment, ensuring compliance with company standards and carrier requirements.

· Support the procurement process by assisting with the ordering of supplies, materials, and equipment needed for daily operations.

· Maintain and update inventory management systems, spreadsheets, and databases with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

· Collaborate with internal departments to coordinate logistics, address inventory needs, and ensure timely delivery of materials.

· Assist in developing and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy within the materials and logistics operations.

· Ensure warehouse and storage areas are clean and organized.

· Support the setup, tracking, and inventory of company-issued IT and field equipment.

· Monitor stock levels and identify shortages or excesses, reporting any discrepancies or potential supply chain issues to management.

· Assist in building Med Locker, Jump Bag and other company issued kits.



Other Duties:

· Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information in compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory requirements.

· Performs other duties and assists with special projects as requested by management.


Minimum Qualifications/Skills:

· Exceptional organizational skills in order to organize inventory and improve efficiencies.

· Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects at one time in an efficient and timely manner

· Good written and verbal communication skills

· Problem-solving skills to come up with ways to improve overall efficiency and overcome inventory problems.


Physical and General Requirements:

· Visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer monitor; extensive reading.

· Ability to use fine motor skills to operate computers, office equipment and/or machinery.

· Able to sit for several hours at a time with periodic breaks.

· Able to lift twenty-five (25) pounds, and occasionally 40-50 pounds

· Able to reach, push and pull

· Able to kneel, bend, stretch and twist

· Possess a valid driver’s license, MVR in good standing and dependable vehicle and adequate automobile insurance
