Position Overview
In this role, you will engage with our Spanish-speaking clients, provide support on Forex trading matters, and help strengthen client loyalty and satisfaction. Your work will directly contribute to client retention and revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
Communicate with Spanish-speaking clients via phone and email in a professional and supportive manner.
Build strong relationships by understanding clients’ trading goals, challenges, and preferences.
Provide tailored assistance to help clients improve their trading performance and stay engaged with the platform.
Explain Forex concepts, trading strategies, and market trends in a clear and simple way.
Monitor client accounts regularly to identify trading opportunities, unusual activity, or potential issues.
Respond to client questions, concerns, and complaints promptly, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Collaborate with sales, compliance, and support teams to improve the client experience and strengthen retention efforts.
Use CRM systems effectively to record interactions, update client profiles, and track progress.
Work towards meeting monthly retention targets and contribute to the company’s overall client loyalty strategy.
