As part of our regional growth, we are looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team in Egypt. This role is central to shaping DB Investing’s influencer and KOL strategy across the GCC, driving brand awareness, engagement, and acquisition through impactful partnerships and campaigns.

 

Position Summary

The Influencer Marketing Manager will be responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing influencer and KOL campaigns across the GCC region (UAE, KSA, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain). You will manage relationships with influencers and agencies, oversee campaign execution, and ensure measurable ROI, while aligning all initiatives with brand values and compliance standards.

This is a strategic and hands-on role, ideal for someone with strong negotiation skills, regional influencer networks, and proven experience in running ROI-focused campaigns in fintech or digital-first industries.

 

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive influencer marketing strategy tailored for GCC markets.

  • Identify the right mix of macro-, micro-, and nano-influencers based on campaign objectives.

  • Align influencer campaigns with brand positioning, product launches, and regional initiatives.

Influencer Management

  • Source, vet, and negotiate partnerships with influencers, KOLs, and agencies.

  • Manage influencer contracts, deliverables, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

  • Build long-term relationships with high-performing KOLs to sustain ongoing brand presence.

Campaign Execution

  • Brief influencers with clear campaign guidelines, creative direction, and performance expectations.

  • Oversee content creation, approvals, scheduling, and publishing.

  • Monitor live campaigns and optimize content performance in real time.

Performance & Reporting

  • Track key metrics (reach, engagement, CTR, conversions) and analyze campaign ROI.

  • Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports to the Head of Growth and CMO.

  • Optimize influencer mix based on performance (CPM, CPA, retention).

Collaboration

  • Work with the Creative team to deliver campaign assets and storytelling elements.

  • Coordinate with the Social Media Manager to align influencer content with brand channels.

  • Partner with the Performance Marketing team to amplify campaigns with paid boosting.
