As part of our growth, we are seeking a Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing initiatives that strengthen our brand, drive lead generation, and support business expansion across multiple markets.


Position Summary

The Marketing Manager will plan, coordinate, and execute marketing activities across digital and offline channels. This role requires a strategic yet hands-on marketer who can manage end-to-end campaigns, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and maintain consistent brand representation across regions.

You will work closely with senior marketing leaders to deliver integrated campaigns, manage budgets, and drive measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Planning & Execution

  • Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, and offline channels.

  • Oversee daily marketing operations including campaign calendars, creative briefs, and timelines.

  • Collaborate with sales and performance marketing teams to support lead generation initiatives.

Brand & Content Management

  • Ensure cohesive brand identity across all communication materials and platforms.

  • Work with design and content teams to create engaging assets (blogs, videos, newsletters, landing pages, social media).

  • Support employer branding and corporate branding efforts.

Market Research & Strategy Support

  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify emerging trends and opportunities.

  • Provide insights and recommendations to guide marketing strategy.

  • Localize campaigns for MENA and international audiences.

Event & Partnerships

  • Plan and support events, expos, and sponsorship initiatives.

  • Coordinate with external agencies, partners, and vendors to deliver campaigns effectively.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance (traffic, leads, engagement, ROI).

  • Use analytics tools to track effectiveness and recommend optimizations.

  • Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports for senior leadership.
