As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a Head of Marketing to lead the strategic direction, development, and execution of our regional and global marketing efforts. This role will play a pivotal part in shaping the DB Investing brand, driving acquisition, and supporting business expansion across multiple markets.


Position Summary

The Head of Marketing will oversee the full marketing function, leading a high-performing team and guiding all digital, brand, and growth initiatives across the organization. This role requires a strategic leader with strong executional capabilities—someone who can set the vision, build scalable marketing frameworks, and ensure consistent brand presence regionally and internationally.

You will work closely with C-level leadership to define marketing strategy, drive measurable business impact, manage budgets, and position the company as a leading global player in the financial services and investment sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy & Leadership

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that fuel brand growth, customer acquisition, and market expansion.

  • Lead and mentor the marketing team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

  • Own the marketing budget, forecast performance, and optimize resource allocation across channels.

Campaign Management & Growth Initiatives

  • Oversee planning and implementation of integrated digital, social, and offline campaigns.

  • Drive performance marketing and demand generation initiatives in collaboration with sales and product teams.

  • Ensure robust campaign frameworks, governance, and quality standards across regions.

Brand & Content Leadership

  • Strengthen and evolve the global brand identity, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.

  • Lead content strategy and oversee creation of high-impact marketing assets (videos, blogs, newsletters, landing pages, social content).

  • Support corporate and employer branding to elevate the organization’s reputation.

Market Insights & Strategic Planning

  • Conduct and oversee market and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer behavior, and emerging opportunities.

  • Provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership on positioning, product marketing, and new market entry.

  • Adapt and localize marketing strategies for MENA and international markets.

Events, Partnerships & External Relations

  • Oversee planning and execution of events, expos, sponsorships, and partnerships.

  • Manage relationships with external agencies and partners to maximize campaign impact and operational efficiency.

Performance Analytics & Reporting

  • Establish data-driven methodologies to measure campaign effectiveness (traffic, leads, CAC, ROI, engagement).

  • Utilize analytics tools to optimize performance and guide strategic decisions.

  • Deliver executive-level weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights.
