Job Overview
- Develop, test and Support an automation processes across core HR processes: recruitment, onboarding, performance, compensation, internal requests, adaptation, offboarding, and more.
- Optimize internal HR workflows using RPA, AI/ML, and no-code/low-code tools.
- Select, implement, and customize HR systems (HRIS, ATS, LMS, TMS).
- Research and integrate AI-based solutions for analytics, budgeting, workload planning, and forecasting.
- Build a scalable and user-friendly HR tech architecture (integrations, automated flows, centralized data).
- Test and launch MVPs based on HR team needs and iterate quickly.
- Collaborate with IT, finance, legal, and other departments to ensure seamless end-to-end processes.
