Job Overview
Responsibilities
- Set up, launch, and monitor CRM communication campaigns across multiple channels (email, SMS, push, messengers, in-app), including both one-time and automated flows.
- Independently create and maintain a promo calendar of campaigns and communications.
- Configure and launch bonus and promo mechanics (from welcome offers to reactivation programs).
- Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign effectiveness and customer engagement.
- Apply deep segmentation to target different customer groups.
- Monitor and analyze engagement, deliverability, and conversion metrics, applying insights to optimize future campaigns.
- Work with Tableau / Power BI and internal dashboards to analyze campaigns and evaluate business metrics.
- Provide regular reporting aligned with business KPIs.
- Collaborate with analytics, product, content, design, support, and marketing teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.
- Drive retention growth by implementing and developing gamification practices.
