Join a 70+ year leader in residential home remodeling! Joyce Windows, Sunrooms & Baths is hiring an experienced Canvassing Manager to build and lead our door-to-door marketing teams across six markets.

About the Role:

We’re looking for a proven leader with 3+ years of canvassing management experience who knows how to hire, train, and motivate winning teams. This is a hands-on, in-the-field role—you’ll develop a complete canvassing program, drive performance, and grow our lead generation across multiple locations.

Responsibilities:

• Build, train, and manage canvassing teams across 6 markets.
• Set performance goals, track results, and ensure daily lead targets are met.
• Recruit and coach team leads and reps to success.
• Create scripts, systems, and strategies that drive appointments.
• Travel to markets to oversee teams and boost performance.
• Work closely with marketing and sales to hit company goals.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of door-to-door canvassing management experience.
• Proven success developing and scaling canvassing teams.
• Strong leadership, accountability, and motivational skills.
• Must enjoy being in the field daily, not behind a desk.
• Willingness to travel between markets.
