  • Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activity, and evolving customer needs. Use insights to refine sales strategies and value propositions.

  • Work closely with marketing, product, and other internal teams to align sales efforts and ensure a seamless client experience. Provide feedback to influence go-to-market strategies.
