Delivery Manager

J.S. Held is seeking a Delivery Manager to drive and scale project execution across our Digital Solutions portfolio. This role is instrumental in ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery, strong governance, and operational excellence across a range of engagements. The position sits at the intersection of project execution, operational leadership, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring delivery on time and within budget
• Establish and standardise project management methodologies, tools, and governance frameworks
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including internal stakeholders, contractors, and external partners
• Monitor performance through KPIs, proactively manage risks, and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Support proposal development, contracting, and broader business development efforts
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business
