    • Conduct regular audits to ensure the workplace is organized, clean, safe, and compliant with internal standards.
    • Promote a culture of continuous improvement based on order and discipline.
  5. Incident and Exception Management:
    • Take charge of the analysis and rapid processing of items or parcels with anomalies (labeling errors, damages, incorrect addresses, customer disputes).
    • Implement immediate corrective actions to minimize the impact on delivery times.
  6. Zero Parcels In Transit Objective (Dropshipping and OP):
    • Monitor and control flows to prevent the accumulation or unplanned forwarding of parcels marked "In Transit."
    • Collaborate closely with warehouse and planning teams to ensure rapid and complete daily stock rotation.
  7. Operational Communication and Reporting:
    • Collect, synthesize, and proactively report any critical information to the Manager that could affect the smooth running of operations (breakdowns, staffing issues, security risks, major customer returns).
    • Participate in the creation of daily and weekly performance reports (KPIs).
  8. Departmental Support:
    • Undertake all other ad-hoc tasks or projects assigned by the Manager, contributing to the overall smooth functioning of the logistics department.

Required Skills and Qualities:
