This is a permanent part-time opportunity offering 15 hours per week to assist with leading a team of passionate Educators. You'll work Monday to Friday in split shifts across our programs:

☀️ Rise then Shine Program – Morning shifts (6:00am – 9:00am)
🎒 Stay and Play Program – Afternoon shifts (3:00pm – 6:15pm)
🏖️ Holiday HQ Program – Extra hours available during school holidays (6:30am – 6:15pm)

Your role will include:

  • Leading fun-filled programs where children explore everything from STEM and sports to arts & crafts (whatever sparks their imagination!).
  • Fostering strong connections with children, parents, and the school community to create a nurturing environment.
  • Managing a team of passionate Educators, including organizing rosters and helping them grow in their roles.
  • Assisting with overseeing the day-to-day operations of the service, ensuring everything runs smoothly, including compliance and administration.

✔️ A National Police Check and Working with Children Check (or be willing to obtain them).
✔️ Australian work rights.
✔️ A relevant qualification or be actively working towards one (per ACECQA standards).
