Assistant Programme Manager - Botany

As an Assistant Programme Manager, you’ll be the friendly face that makes the mornings) and afternoons unforgettable for children. You’ll work a minimum of 10 contracted hours per week – mornings (7:00–8:30am), afternoons (2:30–6:00pm depending on programme requirements), and potentially extra hours during the school holidays (between 7:00am–6:00pm)

Here’s what you’ll be up to 

• Bring the fun! Supervise and support tamariki through a mix of exciting, safe activities every day 
• Team up with your Programme Manager to run awesome sessions that keep kids buzzing with energy 
• Be the extra set of eyes and ears – spotting any wellbeing, behaviour, or safety hiccups and making sure everyone feels supported 
• Connect with parents and schools, keeping communication warm and positive 
• Be a team player – jump in to help your crew and make the programme run smoothly
