Programme Manager - Papatoetoe Central

As a Programme Manager, you’ll be the friendly face that makes the mornings and afternoons unforgettable for children. You’ll be working a minimum of 10-15 per week, rostered across Monday to Friday, with potential school holiday programme hours available at a nearby school (Papatoetoe West).

• Before school shift (Required): 7am - 8.30am
• After school shift (Required): 2.30pm - 6pm

Here’s what you’ll be up to 

• Be the superstar running our sKids programmes day-to-day – from set-up to smooth operations – while building awesome relationships with our school communities 
• Supervise and join Tamariki in awesome activities like arts & crafts, sports, games, offsite adventures (swimming, walks, picnics, movies), baking, drama, and music 
• Lead safe, fun, and engaging sessions that keep kids buzzing while making sure everything runs smoothly 
• Be the friendly, go-to face for parents and schools, keeping communication warm and positive 
• Guide, support, and inspire your team to shine and bring their best every day 
• Arrive early to prep activities, co-ordinate Programme Assistants, and set up resources for a smooth start
