OSHC Coordinator | Boyne Island

Our Outside of School Hours Care service, Boyne Island State School Helping Hands, is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Coordinator to join their passionate leadership team.

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity where you will work 38 hours across split shifts, Monday to Friday, to support our service hours:

• 6:30 - 8:50am (Rise then Shine)
• 2:30-6:00pm (Stay and Play)

🌱 About the Role

• Small service (up to 45 licensed capacity) with dedicated OSHC space
• You’ll create and lead a dynamic, child-centered program, filled with exciting activities like STEM, sports, cooking, arts and crafts—all designed to inspire and engage.
• You’ll take full ownership of your team’s roster, manage day-to-day operations, ensure compliance, and handle admin tasks—all while fostering an environment of teamwork and growth.
• With mentorship from regional managers and support from a dedicated office team, you’ll have everything you need to develop your leadership skills and make a real impact.
