OSHC Coordinator | St Bernadette's

We’re looking for a passionate OSHC Coordinator to lead our St Bernadette’s service and create a safe, welcoming and engaging environment where children can learn, play and thrive.

This is a permanent part-time role offering 35.5 hours per week, including 4 hours of paid non-contact administration time to support you with planning, programming and service leadership.

You’ll work Monday to Friday across our before and after school care programs:

Rise then Shine: 6:30am – 9:00am
Stay and Play: 2:15pm – 6:00pm

About St Bernadette’s Catholic OSHClub

At St Bernadette’s, you’ll step into a well-established service with a standalone OSHC space, full kitchen, dedicated office and fully enclosed outdoor area. The service has a supportive, family feel, with strong relationships across the team, school community and key stakeholders.

You’ll receive regular support from your Regional Manager and Mobile Coordinator, with thorough training to help you feel confident in the role. There are also opportunities to grow and progress over time, making this a great fit for someone looking to continue building their career in OSHC.

As Coordinator, you’ll lead a team of Educators, build positive relationships with children and families, and help create meaningful experiences before and after school each day.

About the role

As an OSHClub Coordinator, you’ll be leading a team of passionate Educators and overseeing an engaging before- and after-school program for children aged 5-12 years. This role is all about leadership: 

• You’ll create and lead a dynamic, child-centered program, filled with exciting activities like STEM, sports, cooking, arts and crafts—all designed to inspire and engage. 
• You’ll take full ownership of your team’s roster, manage day-to-day operations, ensure compliance, and handle admin tasks—all while fostering an environment of teamwork and growth. 
• With mentorship from regional managers and support from a dedicated office team, you’ll have everything you need to develop your leadership skills and make a real impact.
