About the Role

We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join our IT team and ensure smooth technical operations across the company. In this role, you’ll provide hands-on support for employees, maintain IT infrastructure, and help optimize internal processes through smart automation tools. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues, manage system accounts and licenses, and contribute to a seamless digital workplace experience. 

What You’ll Do

  • 2+ years of helpdesk or tech support experience 
  • Knowledge of core Active Directory services, Remote Desktop Services, and remote assistance tools 
  • Understanding Networking and Routing 
  • Proficiency with MS Windows and MS Office Suite 
  • Strong communication skills to interact with other teams and balance multiple projects 
  • Intermediate English level or higher 
  • Knowledge of Linux administration will be an advantage 
  • Familiarity with AI tools for automating routine tasks and processes
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems/Science or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience — would be a plus; 

What We’re Looking For

  • Administrative support for employees in Uzhgorod office 
  • Purchase IT related items and licenses; manage equipment and licenses in asset tracking database 
  • Coordinate the computer and system account setup for and breakdown for employees and contractors 
  • Manage email distributions changes and company communication regarding IT-related matters
