Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute brand growth strategies to strengthen brand recognition and market position
  • Lead a team of brand managers, support their development, and ensure effective project execution
  • Monitor campaign performance and brand KPIs, prepare reports, and implement improvements to achieve better results
  • Coordinate work with other departments, external partners, and agencies to execute campaigns and achieve brand objectives
  • Ensure consistency across all brand materials and communications, and develop content that reflects the brand voice and engages the target audience
  • Track market trends and competitor activities, and implement innovative approaches and new ideas
  • Plan and manage the brand budget to maximize return on investment
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience managing B2C brand projects
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing brand strategies while maintaining consistency across all channels
  • Leading a team of brand managers and coordinating cross-functional projects
  • Strong analytical skills, including KPI management, market research, and consumer behavior analysis
  • Experience managing content, social media, websites, and email campaigns
  • Ability to adapt the brand and campaigns to cultural and regional market specifics
  • Experience managing marketing budgets and optimizing spend for maximum impact
Will be a plus 
  • Experience in fintech or finance sectors
