WHAT YOUR NEXT JOB WILL BE ABOUT
Your tasks and responsibilities in the job include:

  • Produce internal and external communications products, including crafting high-impact press releases and and pitches
  • Drive content strategy and production for our global communications strategy
  • Oversee ongoing development of our employee magazine, GOJYSK.com
  • Advise and support international colleagues and senior stakeholders on internal and external communication strategies and execution
  • Collaborate with our Communications and Digital Workplace team of 10 people to deliver engaging, brand-aligned content across platforms
  • Analyse communication performance and implement improvements based on data-driven insights
  • Contribute to crisis communication planning and execution when needed

WHAT SHOULD YOU BRING
We are looking for a candidate who:

  • Has 5+ years of experience from a large, international organisation
  • Holds a degree in communications, journalism, or a related field
  • Demonstrates excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills
  • Has a strategic and structured approach to communication planning
  • Works independently on own projects aligned with strategic priorities
  • Is confident advising senior leaders and managing cross-functional projects
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, international retail environment
  • Speaks and writes fluent Danish and English
